Promotion details:
- Each qualified application submitted between 06/01/2023 – 06/30/2023 will earn the writing producer a check for the specified amount above, with a maximum of $750 in total winnings.
- Applications must be received at the LTC Administrative Office by mail, E-APP or eUpload within the 06/01/2023 – 06/30/2023 time period.
- Payments will be made in early July after the promotional period ends.
- Joint applications count as one application.
- Credit will only be given to the writing producer.
- Credit will only be given for applicants who do not already have an EssentialLTC policy.
- Clearly uninsurable applications will not be counted.
