Preparing for Wellabe: What to know before June 26

As of June 26, 2023, we’ve officially unified under our new brand, Wellabe™. Here’s a list of what you can expect moving forward.

GWIC agent portal

  • The GWIC agent portal will have the same URL, so if you bookmarked the login page, it’ll remain the same.
  • If you have not saved direct access to the agent portal, visit wellabe.com and select “Sign in” in the top right corner

  • Scroll down to the “Agent resources” section and click on “GWIC agent portal login.”

  • You will be taken to the usual agent portal landing page, where you will see the Wellabe/GWIC logo. Enter your usual login credentials.
  • You’ll still be able to order marketing materials and access sales tools and resources through the agent portal, but they have been redesigned with our new brand elements.

MyEnroller

  • The overall look is a little different. You should see the new Wellabe colors and a logo that combines Wellabe and GWIC.
  • The tobacco question has moved before the “Calculate plan by” field.
  • The demographic fields have moved from the “Dashboard” screen to the “Quote” screen.
  • A pending tab has been added to the Dashboard for handling e-sign/not present applications.
  • A new QuickQuote site is available.
  • You can access an updated MyEnroller User Guide.

Online storefront

  • You’ll continue to access the online storefront through the life agent portal.
  • The overall look will be a little different, and the new Wellabe logo and colors will be present.
  • Updated materials will be added as they’re available.

Emails

  • If you subscribe to our email newsletters, they will now come from LifeMarketing@wellabe.com but you’ll receive them on the same days of the week.
  • The overall look will be a little different. You’ll see the new Wellabe colors and a logo that combines Wellabe and GWIC.

Premium notices

  • These will come from Wellabe/GWIC and use a special logo that combines the new brand with GWIC.
  • Checks can be made payable to Wellabe or Great Western Insurance Company.

Mobile app

  • Customers will now have access to a new app, called “Wellabe: Be Well.”
  • You can access more information at wellabe.com/mobile-app.
