The interview status report provides up-to-date status of both phone and face-to-face health interviews. It shows the type of request (phone or face-to-face), the status, as well as the dates and details of the activities on the request. Any activity we want to draw attention to will be highlighted in yellow. These highlighted entries will be followed up by an email from a Case Manager.
