Holiday Telephone Solicitation Bans for the month of July 2020

Please be aware of the following US holiday telephone solicitation bans for the month of July 2020:

  • On both Friday, July 3, 2020 and Saturday, July 4, 2020: Alabama, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Utah, and Mississippi prohibit unsolicited marketing calls to residents in observance of Independence Day.
  • On Friday, July 24, 2020: Utah prohibits unsolicited marketing calls to residents in observance of Pioneer Day.
