Holiday Telephone Solicitation Bans for the Month of April 2021

Please be aware of the following US holiday telephone solicitation bans for the month of April:

  • On Friday, April 2, 2021: Louisiana and Pennsylvania prohibit unsolicited marketing calls to residents in observance of Good Friday
  • On Sunday, April 4, 2021: Louisiana prohibits unsolicited marketing calls to residents in observance of Easter; however, state law already prohibits telephone solicitations on Sundays
  • On Monday, April 26, 2021: Alabama and Mississippi prohibit unsolicited marketing calls to residents in observance of Confederate Memorial Day
