GoldenCare USA combines with Integrity Marketing Group to Better Serve the Senior Market
DALLAS — May 8, 2018 — Integrity Marketing Group, LLC (“Integrity”), today announced that it has completed the acquisition of GoldenCare USA, Inc. (“GoldenCare”), a national wholesaler of Long-Term Care, Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement products. As part of the deal, GoldenCare’s founder, Lenny Anderson, becomes an owner in Integrity. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1976, GoldenCare is the foremost Long-Term Care marketing organization in the country and one of the largest Medicare agencies with 10,000 independent agents. The combined business will produce almost $850 million in annualized premiums and expands Integrity’s national presence to over 130,000 independent agents and 325 full-time employees. GoldenCare, headquartered in Minneapolis, will continue to operate nationally under its brand and all employees will stay in their current roles.
