Agent Portal Updates Coming Soon |
We are excited to announce some updates and changes taking place within the Gerber Life Agency Portal effective March 16, 2021! Our goal is to make your daily transactions with Gerber Life as simple as possible. With that focus we have improved several areas to make it easier for you to keep track of your applications and policies.
- Gerber Life will no longer offer applications in Puerto Rico.
- We have expanded our Case Status section to include the following updates:
- License and/or Appointment Review: Within the case status section on the Agent Portal, if license or appointment is holding up your application, we will have a new case status titled “LCAPT” to show it is being reviewed. Hover text will show “Agent License and/or Appointment Review.”
- We have improved the details available when you select an application number from the case status area:
- Regulation 187 Suitability Results: Within the case status section of the Agent Portal, we will be providing a link to the Regulation 187 NY Suitability results for each case submitted in the state of New York. This will be helpful for individual Agents compliance with the regulation, making it easy for you to provide these results to your customers.
- View Applications After Submission: Within the case status section of the Agent Portal, we will be providing the ability to view applications after they are submitted for ease of doing business.
- License and/or Appointment Review: Within the case status section on the Agent Portal, if license or appointment is holding up your application, we will have a new case status titled “LCAPT” to show it is being reviewed. Hover text will show “Agent License and/or Appointment Review.”
