Effective March 3, 2017, we’ve made changes to Forms Depot that make it faster, easier, and more convenient to find and order forms, and to browse and share items from our large catalog of marketing materials.
What’s New on Forms Depot?
- Enhanced interface: You’ll see more options on the home screen to find the form or collateral you need.
- Advanced search capabilities: In addition to the standard search by Service Type, State, etc., users can now review and search by Favorites, Featured Items, Previous Orders, and Recently Viewed. Users can also launch a new search directly from the Search Results screen without having to go back to the previous page — making it even easier to find what you need and add them to your shopping cart.
- Online library of marketing materials: You now have quick access to thousands of print and digital collateral. Search by product, item number, or keyword; view PDF versions; select for emailing, downloading, or printing.
- One-stop ordering: Use our new shopping cart system to order print copies, email digital items, or download and print directly to a printer! You’ll no longer need to order print and digital items separately.
- Track your orders: A new status function allows you to track the status of your orders.
- Save your Favorites: Save time by making frequently ordered forms or collateral to your Favorites folder. The Favorites link will always be in the upper-right corner, so you can quickly access your Favorites from any screen.
- Save recipient information: Create and save recipient information so it’s available for easy selection on future orders!

Logging into Form Depot hasn’t changed — simply click on the Forms Depot link on eStation to get to the home page. From there, you can initiate a search by using the standard search, or by selecting from our new search options.
