Last month, you heard the news that the pay any day flexible payment option was being added to the Critical Advantage paper application. Now this payment option will be available on the e-application on November 2nd, 2019.

This is great news for your clients who prefer to use automatic bank deductions to pay premiums and easier for you to give them this option.

Your existing clients that are interested in changing their payment options can log into Customer Access on www.mutualofomaha.com to select their new payment date.

Please note, if your customer’s selected date falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be deducted on the next business day.
