Starting December 14, when two Medicare Supplement policies with a household discount are issued on the same day, both policies will be mailed together, addressed to the primary policyholder. Both policyholders’ ID cards will be mailed together in a seperate envelope from the policies.

This change will not apply to household policies that are mailed to the agent. If you have any questions, you can contact our Agent Services team.
