Effective August 25, 2022, Mutual of Omaha enlisted the services of ClearCert for Long-Term Care training certification requirements.

What is ClearCert?

ClearCert is an import tool that allows us to track certifications. Training certifications will automatically be uploaded and recorded in the Mutual of Omaha Producer Services system if the vendor they completed the Long-Term Care training through is a ClearCert subscriber. The automated process will ensure a faster turnaround time for both the contracting and underwriting processes and align with state training requirements

This new process will apply to all states except the 10 listed below:

Connecticut District of Columbia Delaware Indiana Hawaii

Massachusetts Michigan Mississippi New Mexico New York

Note: Please continue to utilize the current process of sending Long-Term Care training certifications for these 10 states, all other product training, and certification vendors not supported by ClearCert.
