CareForward Linked-Benefit Solution
Two tools related to the new product solution are now available:
- CareForward illustration: Create CareForward product proposals for your clients.
- Long-Term Care Comparison Tool: Use to compare LTCi product options for your client.
CareForward – Illustrations
The comprehensive illustration offers the capability to create product proposals showing the benefits and costs of the CareForward product for your clients.
An iPipeline illustration is not available for this product.
Highlights:
- Ability to design a case based on either the premium to be paid or the benefits required, including the LTC Maximum Monthly Benefit, the LTC Total Available Benefit Pool or the Life Insurance Face amount needed.
- On-screen calculated values will show you the immediate impact of benefit and feature adjustments.
- You can print optional sections to provide clarity to your client, including How It Works, What Care Costs, Break Even Analysis, a Plan Options Comparison and a Hypothetical Claim Illustration.

The strategic Partners site provides access to both the illustration system and product comparison tool. However, you must have a Thrivent writing number in order to access the site. Access Strategic Partners site Access for appointed producers only. |
Alternative access: WinFlex
If you already have a Winflex account, you can add Thrivent Financial to your carriers or contact the team at GoldenCare to learn about your access options for Winflex. May be accessed by producers and support staff, whether or not they are appointed. WinFlex does not provide access to the Comparison tool. |
LTC Product Comparison Tool:
The Long-Term Care Product Comparison Tool lets you compare benefits and premiums of:
- Thrivent LTCi
- CareForward
Highlights
- Illustrate what projected values will be at a future age.
- Option to show insurance vs. self-funding. Choose assumed rate of return and solve for either Total Fund Value or Premiums Paid.
- All required fields to compare multiple illustrations are on a single screen.
- The product features and options available are limited to make it easier to compare similar products.
- You can generate product illustrations from this tool for either solution; however, they are not integrated with the eApp.
NOTE: This tool is not in WinFlex and can only be accessed by appointed producers via the Strategic Partners site.
