New feature in OneSource Online (OSO) – Make Policy Changes Online
Beginning this month, a new feature will be added to the policy page in OSO. You will now have the option to make an Online Service Request on behalf of your client instead of ordering a paper form to be sent to the client or taking a service form to a client in person. Transactions available include making address, beneficiary or bank draft changes as well as requesting loans, dividends, and dividend changes. The benefits to using the Online Service Request are very similar to the benefits of eApp and result in greater speed, accuracy and overall ease of doing business. Similar to e-app, the agent can initiate a transaction which is then routed to the client via email for the client’s e-signature. After e-signature, it is routed automatically to the Home Office for processing. Eliminate paper forms, speed up the process, reduce the opportunity for errors, and improve the experience for your clients!

Register for OneSource Online
Are you still submitting your OneAmerica business on paper? If you answered Yes, now is a great time to get started using eApps for writing your new business whenever possible! We’ll be making the formal move to exclusive eApps in a few months, so why not get started now?! One of the first things you’ll need to do to start this process is to register for OneSource Online (OSO) and access Sales Connection. Once you have registered for OSO you can accomplish a lot of tasks, such as checking pending business and commissions and accessing Sales Connection. There are some great resources available on OSO to learn about submitting eApps that you will find helpful.
