California Application Update

The California Department of Insurance has recently introduced new requirements for Fraud Notice language that must be included on applications submitted in the state of California effective January 1, 2023.

As a result of this change, a new California application will be required for all California EssentialLTC applications dated January 1, 2023 and after.

The new application will be available via the EssentialLTC Agent Resource Center on Friday, December 30, 2022, and can be accessed under the New Business tab and selecting the state of California from the State-Specific Applications and Forms dropdown.
