2017 Anniversary Rating
To improve our customer experience, we have been migrating the administration of our rate increases to occur only on the policy anniversary. All new business sold in 2017 will be administered as anniversary rated. The rate increase on the anniversary will include both age steps and rate-up, if applicable.
