Important: Disregard Email from ServiceNow (Thrivent)

Monday, July 8th, Thrivent’s IT ticketing system (ServiceNow) sent some appointed reps an email that was intended for a different group, and we apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. At this moment, we are unsure of how many advisors were sent this announcement.

The subject line was “Digital Client Servicing Support dashboard has been shared with you” and was meant for an internal Thrivent IT team. The dashboard referenced is not a long-term care insurance system and cannot be accessed outside of Thrivent.

If you received that message in error, there is nothing you need to do on your part.

We appreciate your understanding and are taking steps to ensure this does not happen again.
