Action required: Update your email notification settings
 

Your agent website alerts are now real-time Notifications. We’ve enhanced the updates you receive about your business to help you make more timely informed decisions.

IMPORTANT: We are discontinuing the previous email alerts, so you will need to choose the email notifications you want to receive, as your previous selections do not carry over.

To view your Notifications, sign in to the secure agent side of AetnaSeniorProducts.com. You’ll see a summary of your New Notifications at the top of the page. Just click the number beside the notification type to view more details.

To select which email notifications you want to receive my email, click Notification Settings. You can select notifications related to applications, policy activity, and commissions.

Need to update your contact information?
 

If you need to update your email address, phone number, or mailing address, just head over to the secure agent side of AetnaSeniorProducts.com to get started.

  • From the agent home page, click Agent Management
  • On the right side of the page, click Update Correspondence
  • Next to your agent number, click the pencil icon to make changes
  • After you’ve made your updates, click Submit

If you have downline agents, you can update contact information on their behalf as well.
