Your security is important to us, so we are changing the way agents can update direct deposit information. Mutual of Omaha will no longer be taking change of bank/financial institution information over the phone. If you need to change your bank information for direct deposit in the future we will require this to be done on Sales Professional Access (SPA).
For added security we recommend you setup a compensation pin on Sales Professional Access. When you log into SPA both the PIN addition and direct deposit update can be found under their “person” icon in the top right corner.
