Due to regulatory requirements, effective immediately we are temporarily suspending Medicare Supplement Sales in New Jersey. We will notify you when the suspension has been lifted.

You can access and order the Medicare Supplement rates and forms for other states online through GTLINK, from GTL’s website (www.gtlic.com) by selecting Agents and the GTL Agent Login, under your own user name/password. Once logged in, select Access GTLINK (Download/Order Forms).
