Please be aware of the following holiday telephone solicitation bans for the month of January.

On Wednesday, January 1, 2020: Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Utah prohibit unsolicited marketing calls to residents in observance of the New Year’s holiday
On Wednesday, January 8, 2020: Louisiana prohibits unsolicited marketing calls to residents in observance of the Battle of New Orleans
On Monday, January 13, 2020: Louisiana prohibits unsolicited marketing calls to residents in observance of Inauguration Day
On Sunday January 19, 2020: Louisiana prohibits unsolicited marketing calls to residents in observance of Robert E. Lee Day
On Monday, January 20, 2020: Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Utah prohibit unsolicited marketing calls to residents in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Day
