Additional Carriers Blocking Text Messages for “In Person” and “Text” Signature Methods

Please be aware, as with T-Mobile and Verizon, more carriers are implementing new security measures that are blocking our text messages containing the 4-digit SMS access codes, and/or the link for new applicants to sign their DocuSign documents. We have been informed that the issue is now occurring with AT&T as well as other carriers, suck as Cricket.

Rest assured we are currently working on a solution that will resolve these issues.

In the meantime, we suggest customers select “Sign via Email” as their Signature Method as opposed to selecting the “In Person” or “Text” option.
