Start date for new enhanced contracting process moves to June 17
We’re in the process of replacing our existing Allina Health | Aetna Medicare contracting system (nomoreforms™) with an improved tool that will expedite the contracting process for MAPD products.
Some of the key dates previously announced have changed. The new contracting tool will now be available starting June 17. Read more about what to expect with the new contracting tool.
Short blackout period for making contract changes
Plan Ahead: From June 3 – 16, there will be a short, temporary blackout period for submitting new contracts and making hierarchy changes to your current contract, while we switch to the new contracting system. If you need to make changes, be sure to submit them into nomoreforms early. Please note: During this period, you’ll still be able to submit demographic and banking updates through Producer World, and these updates will be made. Learn more.
