IL Application Checklist Change – Effective 01/01/2018
The 2018 Medicare Supplement Checklist is now available in our Illinois Application Packet. We will accept the 2017 Medicare Supplement Checklist until January 31, 2018. Starting February 1, 2018, the new 2018 Medicare Supplement Checklist will be required or it will be a considered as a missing requirement.
