Holiday Telephone Solicitation Bans for the Month of January 2018

Please be aware of the following holiday telephone solicitation ban for the month of January.

On Monday, January 1, 2018: Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Rhode Island and Utah prohibit unsolicited marketing calls to residents in observance of New Year’s holiday
On Tuesday, January 2, 2018: Louisiana prohibits unsolicited marketing calls to residents in observance of an additional Governor-declared holiday for New Year’s holiday
On Monday, January 8, 2018: Louisiana prohibits unsolicited marketing calls to residents in observance of the Battle of New Orleans
On Monday, January 15, 2018: Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Rhode Island and Utah prohibit unsolicited marketing calls to residents in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
On Friday, January 19, 2018: Louisiana prohibits unsolicited marketing calls to residents in observance of Robert E. Lee Day
