Please be aware that there is a new Illinois Comparison Checklist for 2017. The Illinois Application Packet has been updated to include the new 2017 Illinois Comparison Checklist.
Any application with an effective date of January 1, 2017 or later will need to have the 2017 Illinois Comparison Checklist. The 2016 Illinois Comparison Checklist will end on December 31, 2016.
