- An overview of the assessments that may be required
- Tips on preparing for each assessment
- An overview of the types of questions that may be asked during a paramedical exam
When you provide your client with this brochure, simply check the box for each assessment he or she will be required to complete based on the underwriting requirements in the Life Underwriting Guide. If your client is also applying for the LTC Rider, refer to the LTC Rider Info & Underwriting Guide for which assessments are required.
