Do Not Call Standard

The purpose of this Standard is to ensure that the Agency Sales distribution respects consumers’ personal privacy preferences and complies with all applicable state and federal Do Not Call (DNC) laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) and Truth in Caller ID Act.

The Standard applies to all agents and field Division Office employees who engage in selling insurance products via the telephone, and creating advertising and lead generation materials intended to solicit the sale of insurance products via the telephone.

Failure to comply with guidelines and procedures developed to comply with this Standard may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract.
