Earlier this month, we announced the next phase of the Illinois LTC Partnership. As of January 25, 2019, there is a delay in distributing partnership-approved notification letters to relevant customers.

As a reminder, the Illinois passive exchange will be offered to all policyowners with the appropriate policy form and inflation protection.

Please note there is no impact to customers other than a delay in receiving their passive exchange notification letter. We will inform you when there is a new date for distribution.
