Customer Service Notice: Duplicate Cancellation Letters
Our recent move to a new policy administration system inadvertently generated cancellation letters for customers who had already previously cancelled their policies and received a letter. In the duplicate letters mailed in error, the cancellation date was not changed. These policies remain in a cancelled status. If you are contacted by your customer about receiving another cancellation letter, please make them aware of our mistake and assure them no action is needed
