The new Connecticut Omaha Insurance Company outline, effective July 1, 2017, incorrectly showed that rates for Plans F, High Deductible F, G and N were available for All Ages. These plans are only available for Age 65+. These corrections have been made to the outline.

The application book has been updated with the corrected outline. Any orders placed for the Connecticut application book on or after July 18, 2017 will contain the corrected outline and will have a Print Date 07/17/2017.
