Reminder: Use ticket application and improved policy issue process to end 2018 strong
Throughout 2018, we’ve continued to streamline our new business submission process for Care Solutions products. As we rolled out in August, utilizing the new ticket application combined with the new policy issue process is the fastest way to get paid and end the year strong.
Beginning Dec. 3: COD will be on request only
When using our ticket application and following the streamlined process, agents now submit premium prior to policy issue/delivery. Once the premium is received, new business issues and pays the policy, which generates commissions.
Starting Dec. 3, collecting premium on policy delivery (i.e. COD) will be done by request only and can be indicated on the cover sheet. Expedite the process even more by using our e-check form to eliminate the need for paper checks and mailing time!
