Update: Delay in Mailing SureBridge Policy Print & ID Cards
Our print vendor is still experiencing system issues causing on-going delays in the mailing of SureBridge Policy Prints and ID cards. This includes duplicate requests for customers who did not select electronic delivery for their policy materials. As a reminder, your customers can log in to the customer portal, ChesapeakePlus.com to view their documents electronically.. However, please do not have your customer call Customer Service or go on the customer portal to request a duplicate policy or ID card, or do so on their behalf. These materials will be worked in the order received as soon as their systems are running.
Please be assured that the print vendor has been working diligently on resolving this issue so they can begin printing and mailing the backlog of documents. We again apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience during this time
