Our Term Life Express e-Application, featuring Automated Underwriting, allows you to efficiently submit your applications with the quickest outcome.

Need a refresher or have questions regarding the TLE e-App? Refer to the producer training video below. If you are experiencing any issues with the e-App, check out these helpful hints to get your business issued faster.

• When selecting an occupation in the “Underwriting” section of the e-App please make sure to select an occupation from the pre-filled list that most closely matches your clients’ occupation. If you do not select an occupation from the pre-filled list and manually enter an occupation, the application will be referred to Underwriting. This is highlighted in the training video in section 12, Underwriting, at the 17 second mark.
• If you encounter an error in the Underwriting section of the e-App try these work arounds:
  • If you are using the Safari browser on an iPad:
    • Download Chrome to your iPad and submit the e-App via Chrome
  • If you are using Chrome or another browser:
    • If you receive an error in the Underwriting section of the e-App and cannot proceed with the application OR if you receive a “Sorry” error that states there was an error encountered with the screen – please contact iPipeline Support and provide the error you received. iPipeline will then advise you on the next course of action.
