Underwriting update: A new normal In March, we announced several temporary changes to our underwriting processes that offered flexibility while the COVID-19 environment unfolded around us. Since then, we’ve stayed in close contact with our vendors and underwriters, and we’ve seen better than expected results for the completion of in-person underwriting requirements. Our key vendors have indicated that in nearly all locations, they’re able to complete exams and provide timely data back to insurers. LTC Issue Age Restriction Lifted in Select States

From the Desk of Marty Johnson As the stay-at-home orders begin to lift and local businesses start to reopen, we are happy to announce that Mutual of Omaha is also lifting some restrictions on LTC applications where the ability to obtain face-to-face interviews has improved.
