There is a new application form specific to the state of Illinois for IUL Express and Term Life Express products. The new paper application (form ICC21L676A) has already been updated and is currently available in Forms and Materials, or through your normal ordering channels. We are in the process of updating the iPipeline e-Application. Effective February 1, 2022, all IUL Express and Term Life Express applications must be submitted using the new application form ICC21L676A.
