On October 1, 2019, we will be making Guaranteed Universal Life Express (GULE) even more competitive, with rate decreases between 5 and 30 percent! Here’s what you can expect beginning October 1: We will be decreasing rates – in some cases up to 30%! We will be expanding the maximum issue age for non-tobacco to age 70 (tobacco will remain at age 65) We will be changing the maximum face amounts to match Term Life Express.
