Enhancements to SureBridge University In an ongoing effort to enhance your training experience, we have made enhancements to SureBridge University. In the SureBridge University link found on the Broker Portal, we added several PowerPoints for the trainings in the “Sales Tool Training” program and “Product Training – Individual Product Courses” program found in your Learning Library. These PowerPoint trainings are now available for agents to download. Additionally, a Voice Enrollment with Voice Signature training was posted to assist agents who may need help with that process. RESOLVED Issue with Email Proposals

The issue related to Quote Proposals sent via email has been resolved for newly created proposals. However, there can still be an issue for Email Proposals already generated to customers prior to Saturday, October 12, 2019. Therefore, we suggest creating new Email Proposals or contact your customers and initiate/start the application process yourself, on their behalf since applications processed by the agent were not incurring this issue. Additional Carriers Blocking Text Messages for “In Person” and “Text” Signature Methods Please be aware, as with T-Mobile and Verizon, more carriers are implementing new security measures that are blocking our text messages containing the 4-digit SMS access codes, and/or the link for new applicants to sign their DocuSign documents. We have been informed that the issue is now occurring with AT&T as well as other carriers, suck as Cricket. Rest assured we are currently working on a solution that will resolve these issues. Reminder Regarding DVH Policy Change Rule

REMINDER: DVH Policy Change Rule Policy changes to or from a Basic/Premiere PPO Dental plan to Prime (DVH) may only be made effective upon the existing Policy Anniversary Date. Applications may be submitted up to 90 calendar days prior to the Policy Anniversary Date. The change to the newer plan will not be effective until the Policy Anniversary Date of the replaced plan.
