Great news! Mutual of Omaha’s already easy-to-use Critical Advantage eApplication is now even more user-friendly. We recently added an ‘In Good Order Check’. Previously, after completing all sections of the eApplication, you would move to the HIPPA Authorization step followed by the Signature Process and Submission. The enhanced flow added a checkpoint between the HIPPA Authorization step and Submission. Critical Advantage Cash Value Rider in Texas to be Discontinued

Effective Friday, April 15, The Cash Value Rider will be discontinued on the Critical Advantage Portfolio in the state of Texas. Effective Date April 15, 2022 Impacted States Texas Transition Rules Critical Advantage applications in Texas with a Cash Value Rider must be signed by the customer on or before April 14, 2022 and received in the home office no later than April 19, 2022. Any applications signed after April 14, 2022 (regardless of date received) or applications received after April 19, 2022 (regardless of signed date) will not be accepted. We will not make any exceptions to these dates.
