Server upgrade planned for Sept. 21
Wellabe is upgrading its internal servers to better serve you and your clients. This upgrade will result in increased protection while ensuring our continued compliance with industry security standards.
Work to complete the server upgrade will begin Saturday, Sept. 21 at 5 a.m. Central time. During this time, you can expect:
- The agent portal will be unavailable
- MyEnroller® will not be accessible
All access should be fully restored on the morning of Sept. 22.
