The issue related to Quote Proposals sent via email has been resolved for newly created proposals. However, there can still be an issue for Email Proposals already generated to customers prior to Saturday, October 12, 2019. Therefore, we suggest creating new Email Proposals or contact your customers and initiate/start the application process yourself, on their behalf since applications processed by the agent were not incurring this issue.
