New OmniFlex Underwriting Guide For Clarification
Recently our office has received a number of calls from agents regarding a specific issue. OmniFlex STC applicants report needing a telephone interview clarification call, despite the agent advising it was not required.
An oversight during enrollment demands the telephone interview call take place. For medications, if a diagnosis is missing or marked “N/A,” it can delay the underwriting process.
