Policy Delivery Receipt Requirement Reminder (Disability)

As a reminder, a signed delivery receipt is required for all Priority Income Protection (PIP) and Disability Income Choice policies issued in Louisiana, South Dakota and West Virginia.

The delivery receipt is included within the policy package and must be signed and returned to the home office within the 30 day delivery period. If the policy was mailed to the agent and we do not receive a delivery receipt within 30 days, we will automatically send a policy and a delivery receipt directly to the customer.
