It’s now easier and faster to contract with us
The new enhanced contracting process for Allina Health | Aetna Medicare products is live. Uplines and recruiters can now invite new producers to contract with us through the tool. If existing agents need to make a contract update, their upline needs to send them an email invite to access the tool.
Contracting resources on Producer World
To help you navigate the process, we’ve created a new contracting tab on Producer World. There, you can find tools and resources to help you navigate the new process, including a guide to managing your Individual Medicare contract, a summary on how to update your contract and more.
Need to request a hierarchy change for AEP?
If you need to initiate a hierarchy change, you have extra time to submit a notice of intent/transfer release form. The deadline to submit a notice of intent, to take effect by October 1, is end-of-business on July 5. As in past years, upline changes and transfers will not be permitted from October 1 – December 31. See the Producer Guide for more info.
Please note: Uplines may not use the new form as a recruiting tool. Those who do will be subject to disciplinary action. As a reminder, even if an agent transfers to a new upline, the old upline will continue to receive administrative fees for any policies written under the old upline.
