Access July interest rates and Guaranteed Interest Rate changes
Effective Monday, July 15, some new business interest rates for the OneAmerica Care Solutions product suite changed. Additionally, Guaranteed Interest Rates for some OneAmerica products changed on July 15. View the announcement for full details »
REMINDER: Updated joint definition for Asset Care
As of July 1, 2019, OneAmerica defines joint applicants for all Asset Care new business as legally married spouses, domestic partners, or those in a civil union. We recognize domestic partnership as defined by the law in the state, county or municipality where the applicant resides, and we expect that if applicants identify themselves as domestic partners, the applicants have attested they meet the criteria for their state, county or municipality of residence. Currently, no federal guidelines define domestic partnership. This change applies to all Asset Care new business, regardless of policy form number. Our definitions for Annuity Care, Annuity Care II and Indexed Annuity Care remained unchanged.

Take action in iPipeline to access Asset Care quotes and eApp
As of June 29, for agencies that are iPipeline subscribers, iService administrators can now log in to iService to select/turn on the new Asset Care product as desired. By doing this, BGAs will be able to access Asset Care quotes and eApp. Need help making the update?

Having trouble with the Care Solutions calculator on your mobile device or when using Internet Explorer? Security enhancements launching on July 26 for ILFS Account Services website
At OneAmerica, we’re committed to ensuring our websites are not only convenient, but safe and secure. One July 26, we’re launching security enhancements for the ILFS Account Services website. Upon logging in to the website, users will be prompted to update their user profile. When completing the security information update, users will be asked to confirm or update their email address and an optional mobile phone, which will be utilized when multi-factor authentication (MFA) is implemented in September.
