Okta Registration for SPA Reminder

Final Reminder:
Effective February 24, 2022, Mutual of Omaha is modernizing the way producers and marketers securely access our network and applications by implementing a new platform called Okta. We encourage you to register for Okta immediately, to avoid business disruption.

NOTE: SPA login credentials cannot be shared.

This change impacts the agent portal, Sales Professional Access (SPA).

Before registering for Okta, make sure your contact information on SPA is current. The contact information on file will be used for authentication. If you are unsure of your contact information on file, click here for instructions on how to check or update your information.

Important: To register go to https://login.mutualofomaha.com and follow the prompts. Review the Okta Instructional FAQ Guide for more information. The registration is a one-time process. The website is only for registration and authentication management. Once you have successfully registered, you will continue to use the same SPA website (mutualofomaha.com/broker) as you previously have.

After migration on February 24, 2022, you will need to use your username and not your email address to authenticate to these applications

  • If you need to add other viewers to your SPA account, please add Authorized Users by going to Profile – Account Access Management. Login credentials cannot be shared. Click here to review the instructions on adding an authorized user.
