Mutual of Omaha has modernized the way producers and marketers securely access our network and applications by implementing a new platform called Okta.
Once you have successfully created an account in Okta, you can set up or update multi-factor authentication methods (MFA) through your Sales Professional Access (SPA) account. We have made it easier to update or add additional MFA methods by adding a link directly to your Okta MFA settings, on your SPA Profile page (https://login.mutualofomaha.com/enduser/settings).
