Guaranteed Purchase Option Benefit Rider (no pre-existing condition limitations) + Wellness Rider

 
The Guaranteed Purchase Option provides the option for your client to increase their hospital confinement benefit by 10% of its original amount, up to 5 times. The increase in benefits will be based on issue age rates, with no pre-existing condition limitation on the increase. No additional underwriting is required.

The Wellness rider pays a $100 annual benefit for a physical exam performed by a Healthcare Professional.

Increased base benefit amounts: The daily max benefit amounts for days 3-15 of the base plan have increased up to $990.

Increased Skilled Nursing Benefit Amounts: The Skilled Nursing Riders max daily benefits have increased up to $300 for days 1-50 and up to $300 for days 21-100.
