New Okta Verification System

Effective February 24, 2022, Mutual of Omaha is modernizing the way producers and marketers securely access our network and applications by implementing a new platform called Okta. In order to prepare for this change, you must register prior to the transition.

This change impacts the agent portal, Sales Professional Access (SPA).

IMPORTANT: To register, go to and follow the prompts. Review the Okta procedure document for more information.

After migration you will need to use your username and not your email address to authenticate to these applications.

  • If you do not know your username, you can see it by logging into
  • If you need to add other viewers to your SPA account, please add Authorized Users by going to Profile – Account Access Management. Login credentials cannot be shared.

The new authentication provider Okta will provide many benefits including:

  • Enhanced security to better protect company and customer data
  • More options for multi-factor login including the Okta Verify app, SMS/text, e-mail, and voice
