New Enhancement for the SureBridge eSignature Process

On March 25, 2022, an enhancement will be made to our eSignature process within the Point-of-Sale (POS) Tool. This update will be seamless and require no extra work from you. We are excited to share how this enhancement will simplify the electronic signature process for both you and your client.

How will this simplify eSignature?

  • You will no longer need to activate or maintain a DocuSign account for SureBridge applications
  • Clients will no longer need to sign through DocuSign; the eSignature will take place directly below the application in the POS tool
  • There will be no changes to the quoting or application process — only the eSignature process will be updated.
