The DenteMax Plus network includes participating dentists from the DenteMax, United Concordia Dental and Connection Dental networks. Your clients can save on their dental treatments when they visit network dentists to maximize their dental benefits.

Finding A Dentist

You can easily tell your clients the name and location of network dentists in their area as well as whether their specific dentist is in the network. You have a number of ways to access the provider network.

1. On the Dental e-App
Under the Initial Documents, click on Search for Providers

2. On Sales Professional Access — SPA (mutualofomaha.com/brokers)
Under ‘Products’ click on Dental
Scroll to the bottom: Under ‘Resources’ click on Provider Network Lookup

3. On the Mutual of Omaha website (mutualofomaha.com)
Click on You & Your Family — Dental Insurance — Find a Dentist
There are three search options for finding a dentist:
    • Location
    • Dentist Last Name, or
    • Office Name

You can further filter by mileage and/or specialties and sort by distance, dentist name, city, office name or ZIP code. It is easy, convenient and immediate.

With an overall network of approximately 375,000 locations – take a look at the number of dental locations where the Mutual dental product is currently marketed.
